It is located on the far corner of your private deck. It is covered on all sides, but the front (back and two sides, and top). The front is open and faces the beautiful view of Coral Bay, Virgin Islands, and surrounding BVI islands and mountains. Neighboring properties are a good distance down the hill or up the hill. We are at a 500 foot elevation so no one would be seeing you way up there. We also have a lot of vegetation surrounding the property and shower area for added privacy.

Level 1 is the lower unit/guest suite – LEVEL 1 IS THIS LISTING.
– This unit is on the bottom level of the house – requires descending 3 flights of stairs (58 steps).
– All areas described for this level 1 are just for guests who reserve this level.
– Level 1 Entry has its own private exterior entry door and one designated parking space.
– There are no shared living spaces or amenities with other Guests (with the exception of a shared parking lot, exterior stairs, and freshwater foot wash/beach chair pick-up area).
– Maximum Guests: 2 adults.
– Check-In: 3:00 pm.
– Check-Out: 10:00 am.

– No Children/Infants, No Pets, No Parties/Events; No Smoking/Vaping/Burning of any kind on property.

– For reservations made greater than 60 days from the Check-In date, the Guest may pay only 50% of the total reservation at the time of booking.
