The rental cottage location is near so many things to do in St John USVI.

  • Popular beaches such as Maho Bay, Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay St John are a few minutes’ drive from the villa location.
  • Great snorkeling is close by at Salt Pond, Waterlemon Cay, and Haulover Bay. Hikes at Reef Bay and Ram’s Head are within 10 minutes, as well as several others as we are within close proximity the Virgin Islands National Park.
  • Coral Bay restaurants like Skinny Legs, Rhumb Lines, Wok, Homemade Meals to Go, Lime Out are right down the hill.
  • Two grocery stores are at the bottom of the hill.

Although Coral Bay is the quieter side of the island, our location is just as convenient to beaches and hiking, have better scenic views than many local villas (if you ask us!), and plenty of restaurants to try (right down the hill from the vacation villa).

The villa sits high above sea level facing the refreshing trade winds overlooking Coral Bay, Tortola and Norman Island of the BVIs, and down island at the Sir Francis Drake Channel towards the Baths of Virgin Gorda & Spanish Town.

(Route 108/Costanzo Road, fully paved), just half-way up Bordeaux Mtn.
Our road connects to the island’s main road that stretches east to west across St. John
(Rt. 10/Centerline Road, also fully paved).
Once you’ve explored the island a bit, you’ll appreciate ease of access to your villa &
travel from the cottage to popular island destinations.
